The Fall 2010 beer release list from the L.C.B.O. is out.

New Brunswick Flag.jpg

It seems that mainstream beer sales in New Brunswick have fallen this summer, it also seems that craft brewers can't keep up with demand.

Ontario Flag.jpg

The National Post newspaper recently ran an article regarding the L.C.B.O. de-listing Samichlaus beer.

Actually the Post has run 4 anti-L.C.B.O. articles in the last 3 weeks. Sounds like a plot to me. I'm reaching for my tinfoil hat.

A friend of mine was in Vancouver recently, He knows of my penchant for trying different beer and being a gentleman and a scholar (literally) he often tries to bring back new beers for me to try. He also knows of my interest in flying (physically in airplanes as well as metaphysically with enough beer) so when he saw a beer called "Propeller" he thought it was a good fit.

Beer Quote of the day

You know, nobody eats in England. Three or four pints of English beer a night fills you. I can't say I'm very impressed with the food in America. it's all sort of bland. Like turkey sandwiches.

— Anne Dudley

(Yes, beer is food.)
