Olvisholt Brugghus - Skjálfti
A slightly cloudy amber/orange colour with a full white head, short lived but leaves a cap and lace.
The aroma is mostly sweet and malty with a hint of pine.
The feel is nicely creamy.
Tastes start with pine and citrus hops, a dough and honey sweet middle and a medium bitter citrus finish.
I was pleasantly surprised by the citrus hop profile in this one, I went into it expecting another fairly standard Euro-lager so the tastes in here were really appreciated.
A great hot weather beer.
