On our recent tour of the Craft Brewers in the eastern part of Ontario we wandered into Barley Days right in the middle of the Craft Breweries and Wineries tour of Ontario. The lovely Donna took time out from her hostess duties to chat with us about the great brews they create while we rubbed shoulders with avowed Coors light drinkers. (shudder). She was kind enough to give us each a bottle of their special edition 'Yuletide Cherry Porter' which is amazing stuff. She also told us that they had hired a German Brew Master who is probably now on site as this was some time ago.
If you're ever in the Picton area drop on in. It is worth it.
We are strong supporters of Ontario Craft Brewers. Ask for them at your local LCBO in Ontario or better yet, visit one or all of their breweries. You will be glad you did.
