Big Rock - Grasshopper Wheat Ale
Big Rock - Grasshopper Wheat Ale
Pours a clear yellow with a decent creamy but short lived white head.
Aroma is dough, maybe a faint hint of lemon citrus.
Feel is medium, fairly creamy, not watery.
Taste is strong on bread dough and hints of yeast. This one is strongly in the malt end with only faint hints of flowery, citrus hops. Quite different for a wheat beer, a heavier feel and taste than most. I could get used to it, a lot more flavour than some but a hit of hops would help a lot.

Grasshopper Wheat Ale
Gold color.
Citrus, wheat and hop aroma.
It has a wheat flavor with a hint of citrus and earth. I found it to be crisp and clean but it didn't finish well. Just me, but a few more hops would go a long way.
