Big Rock Traditional Ale
Big Rock Traditional Ale
Pours a dark clear garnet colour with a medium, off-white head. The head leaves a small cap in the middle of the glass but no lace.
Aroma of honey and sweet malt, some fresh hay.
Feel is fairly full and creamy, not too bad.
Taste starts with a lot of sweet flavours, honey, syrup, and some hay or grass. A lightly bitter finish and a lingering sweetness with a light bite along the edge of the tongue.
Not bad but nothing to write home about, too sweet for my taste.

Big Rock Traditional Ale
Pale red with a thin head and almost no carbonation bubbles.
Almost no aroma, maybe a hint of malt. Creamy mouth feel with berries and fruit with a citrus hop finish. Not bad at all this ale.
