Black Creek Brewery - Pale Ale
Cloudy dark copper color with a thick white head.
Citrus, some sweetness and a hint of earthiness make up the aromas.
Full, creamy mouth feel.
Sweet and yeasty with some citrus and some earthiness to start with a lingering sparkly citrus finish. This is not bad at all.

Black Creek Brewery - Pale Ale

Pours slightly cloudy dark copper coloured with a full, smooth and lasting white head.
Aroma of citrus and brown sugar.
Feel is quite full and creamy.
Taste is quite pleasant. A strong backbone of sweet and bready malt with a very bright grapefruit and pine resin citrus hit.
A very bright bitter, lingering citrus finish with a hint of earthiness.
This is a pretty good summer session beer. Lot's of flavour and a decent balance, the hops are bold but not too overpowering. I could drink a lot of these.

Beer Quote of the day

One of the hallmarks of the baby boomer generation is that it doesn't live like the previous generation. It hasn't yet given up jeans and T-shirts or beer.

— Ron Klugman

(If you're talking about Coors, then I'm afraid you have given up beer!)
