BEER is GOOD!

Brakspear Triple
Pours a clear dark copper colour with a huge light tan coloured head. There is sediment in the bottle so the last of the pour will be cloudy.
Aroma is surprisingly mild, a hint of berry, alcohol, and earth, all very faint.
Feel is very rich and creamy.
Taste is very nice, dark berry flavours, black berry with a hint of coffee, light flowery hop tastes, well blended and smooth. A light dry finish with a lingering earthiness which is very pleasant.
A very well blended beer and no hint of the high alcohol content other than a light and comforting burn in the aftertaste. This beer just cries out to be paired with cheese. We are going to work on that for a while, it seems like it will go well with most cheese styles. Let you know.
You would have to be careful with this one, it could be mistaken for a session beer which would be a problem.
I'm going to be watching for this one, I'd like to get some more.

Brakspear Triple
Dark copper pour with a thin white head.
Earth, berries and a hint citrus make up the aromas.
Nice creamy mouthfeel.
Earth and berries start this off nicely with a peppery middle and it finishes with just a hint of alcohol. The pepper and the slight touch of alcohol finish are just great.
