Brasseurs & Frères - Blanche de Dunham

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a thick, loose, white head.
Aroma of bananas and cloves.
Feel is relatively thick for a wheat beer.
Taste is a touch sour with bananas, cloves and dough. Not much else to it, a faint orange citrus finish and a bright carbon dioxide sparkle.
Not bad and easily drinkable but nothing to write home about.

Beer Quote of the day

I've often been asked what do you do now that you're retired?

Well, I don't have much of a chemical background but one of the things I enjoy the most is turning beer into urine!

— My brother-in-law Al.

(I knew I liked him for a reason.)
