Brewdog Punk IPA

A cloudy, pale yellow beer with a medium sized, lasting, rocky and white head.
A quite noticeable aroma of pine and lemon citrus.
The feel is quite creamy and good.
Tastes are mostly citrus and pine hops, I didn't find enough of a base malt taste to support the hops, it was in there if you dug around enough coming through as a light brown sugar taste.
The predominant taste, by far, was the grapefruit and lemon rind citrus.
Still and all, on a hot patio this would go down really well while your steak grills.
Bring on some summer so I can try it.

Punk IPA

Cloudy amber with a short lived white head.
Aroma is mostly citrus with a hint of evergreen.
Nice creamy mouth feel.
This is all about the hops. It has a bitter start, middle and finish. It is definitely a citrus type of bitterness. Very refreshing. This beer would make a great summer thirst quencher.

Beer Quote of the day

Without question, the greatest invention in the history of mankind is beer. Oh, I grant you that the wheel was also a fine invention, but the wheel does not go nearly as well with pizza.

— Dave Barry

(Course without the wheel your pizza would be cold and you would have drunk too many beer to enjoy it anyway.)
