When I walked into this establishment that specialises in beers I felt like a kid in a candy shop.
Gilles immediately said bon jour and we replied hello to let him know that French was not one of our options. He saw the look of amazement on my face as I looked around and said "You are in heaven, no?" I replied "mais oui" and used up all of my vocabulary in that language.
I spent much more than I had planned and only scratched the surface of what was offered there. Most of the brews I had never heard of but almost all had beautiful graphics on the label.
This is a place that no beer lover should miss if ever they are in the Ottawa-Hull area. Gilles also offers some beautiful cheeses and such including bison jerky.
I shall return. I only have enough beer for a month.
