Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel

Cloudy Pale yellow beer with a huge and rocky white head.
Aroma is slightly sour with pine and citrus.
Feel is quite creamy and full.
Taste is a very pleasant surprise.
Lots of mouth drying hops with pine and grapefruit tastes. From the colour I was expecting something close to a wheat beer but this is NOT a wheat beer. Tastes are all along the barley malt side with a lot of gentle hops. Not as brash as some North American hoppy beers but this is getting very close, I think the main difference has to do with the variety of hops used more than the quantity or timing.
As I sip at this I am finding a lot of different flavours, from pineapple to earth to honey, even a hint of banana from the yeast.
I could drink this regularly and be a very happy guy.

Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel

Very cloudy pale orange color with a thick white clumpy head that lasts and lasts.
Aroma is citrus, some berries and earth with a bit of sourness.
Very rich creamy mouth feel.
Instant grapefruit hit followed by some earthiness and a hint of banana and some orange pith bitterness. As it warms it gains in complexity. The grapefruit is still there but now I'm getting some more earth and a kind of clover honey aftertaste. The finish is a definite hop dryness that just begs for more.
Excellent brew this.

Alright brain, I don't like you and you don't like me, so just get me through this exam so I can go back to killing you slowly with beer.
