BEER is GOOD!
About Bruce Ticknor
Creemore Springs - Urbock
Creemore Springs, Urbock
A light off-white head which leaves a lingering lace on a very dark reddish brown beer.
The aroma is of citrus, berries, earth and biscuit.
The taste has hints of coffee, a bit of citrus and is a bit tart.
This beer is a decent blend, a bit bitter and tart with a gentle sweetness to balance it.
The finish is a tart citrus or berry which leaves a gentle tartness in the mouth.
All in all it's a pretty good beer, but not a traditional Urbock.
It should have a higher alcohol content, and have a bit higher hop content.
I will buy this one again occasionaly.

Creemore Springs - Urbock
Pours a very dark red with a decent off-white head.
Smell is like ginger-ale.
It feels nice and full, a bit creamy.
It tastes a lot like some berries with a touch of mild coffee and a bit of some kind of citrus, maybe green apple.
It's very nice and only a touch on the strong side.
I think I could drink a lot of this stuff.
