Malty, aromatic beers. Belgian ales rank high on my list.
Devil's Pale Ale - 666
Devil's Pale Ale 666
Rich dark red color with a clumpy off white head.
Earthy, hoppy aroma.
Very creamy mouth feel with a slight sweetness followed by a slightly bitter finish. As it warms a citrus flavor comes through and the bitterness of the hops seems to grow less and less.
This is another good beer from Great Lakes.

Devils Pale Ale 666
A traditional English Pale Ale with a hint of the "New World".
Thick, slightly off white head which reduces slowly to a full, thin cap. The beer is a dark red/brown colour.
There is a sweet, malty, bready aroma with hints of earth. The feel is bright, sparkling, full and rounded.
Tastes are of toast, coffee and bitter chocolate, followed by a lovely grapefruit citrus tang which lingers on the sides of the tongue and in the back of your throat. There is a pleasant coffee aftertaste to finish with.
This is a great example of an English Pale Ale with North American hops added for that nice citrus tang.
I am going looking for more of this one.
