Malty, aromatic beers. Belgian ales rank high on my list.
Dragon Stout
Dragon Stout
Black with a thick tan head.
Citrus and chocolate nose.
Sweet molasses like flavor to start with citrus undertones. Bitter middle with a creamy mouth feel. Ends with a citrus tingle on the tongue.
Not bad but not great.

Dragon Stout
Dark chocolate brown in color.
Sweet odor with the alcohol being noticeable.
Sweet in taste and creamy on the palate. Nice thick head that disappears quickly.
Flavors of chocolate, coffee, licorice, molasses, cardamom, toffee and tasted malt are noticeable. A nice balance of sweetness and bitter. The alcohol is evident upon the first taste. It went very well with a good quality dark chocolate. It's definitely not a session beer. I couldn't drink more than one bottle at a time. It's a beer for those lazy Sunday afternoons or quiet evenings with nothing better to do then watch a good movie, munch on a chocolate bar and drink a good bottle of beer.

Dragon Stout
A dark tan coloured medium sized head on a very dark, almost black coloured, stout.
The aroma is quite citusy with some noticeable chocolate overtones.
This is a very citrusy tasting beer with lots of coffee/chocolate tastes. There is a hint of alcohol taste in the finish.
The carbonation is quite high and there is a strong sweetness which is almost overpowering.
The tastes change quite a lot as the beer warms, citrus tastes recede and then return again later. The molasses like sweetness stays the course and a slight and not very pleasant bitterness becomes pronounced and lasts in the aftertaste.
Not my favorite stout.
