Driftwood Brewing - Crooked Coast Amber Ale
Pours a cloudy dark copper colour with a thick off-white head.
The aroma was mostly of citrus, earth, and honey or brown sugar.
Feel was about medium thick and a bit creamy.
The taste started out with a sour malt flavour followed quickly by an earthy flavour and then a medium level citrus hop taste.
I found a nice brown sugar taste with a hint of fruit.
The aftertaste was quite smooth with sweet sugar and just enough citrus hops to keep it bright and clean.
