Duchy Originals Organic Ale

Made by the Prince of Wales own company, by God, it must be good.

It's got a lovely big head, not quite white.
The beer is a beautiful cloudy shade of orange colour.
The aroma is of good British hops and malt, some fruit smells as well, like fresh berries.
The taste is what it is all about, lots of berry and grass with some grapefruit citrus. Just a touch of citrus.
I could drink this all day. It's so refreshing.
Go get some.

Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel

Very cloudy pale orange color with a thick white clumpy head that lasts and lasts.
Aroma is citrus, some berries and earth with a bit of sourness.
Very rich creamy mouth feel.
Instant grapefruit hit followed by some earthiness and a hint of banana and some orange pith bitterness. As it warms it gains in complexity. The grapefruit is still there but now I'm getting some more earth and a kind of clover honey aftertaste. The finish is a definite hop dryness that just begs for more.
Excellent brew this.

Beer Quote of the day

God made yeast, as well as dough, and loves fermentation just as dearly as he loves vegetation.

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

How poetic!
