Edelweiss (Snowfresh)
A cloudy amber pour with a long lasting thick white head.
Spices, soft fruit, possibly banana and citrus make up the aromas.
Nice creamy mouth feel.
Starts out sweet with a hint of sour with a great banana and citrus middle finishing with a nice clean citric sparkle. This is a very nice beer. Wish I had more.

Thick white, long lasting head on a cloudy pale amber beer.
An aroma of grapefruit citrus with coriander and banana.
The feel is fairly creamy, just a bit on the watery side.
A bright flowery, grapefruit citrus taste with some light vanilla and banana flavours.
The aftertaste is citrus again, which lingers and provides a nice mouth cleaning feel, there is just a hint of smoked meat coming through as the beer warms in the glass, very subtle.
All in all this is a nice bright summery blend of tastes.
