Elora Red Hill Mild

A full, lasting, off white head on a dark copper coloured beer.
A mild aroma of citrus with some grass and flowers. Just a hint of a sour note in there.
The taste starts with a nice citrus hop tang, some honey sweetness and a touch of earthiness sit in the background.
The tastes are nicely blended and provides a lot of flavour for such a mild beer.

All in all, this has a nice clean, mild taste with a good crisp finish. It will make a great session beer.

Beer Quote of the day

I like beer. On occasion, I will even drink beer to celebrate a major event such as the fall of communism or the fact that the refrigerator is still working.
