BEER is GOOD!

Faxe Amber
Clear copper colour, a thick and rocky white head but it didn't last long.
Aroma is much like ginger ale with a floral touch.
Feel is nicely rich and creamy.
Taste is better than I thought it would be.
Starts with some pleasant malt tastes, some grass and hay with a bit of fresh dough.
The finish is very light and slightly citrus. It makes a very clean finish.
This is a completely drinkable beer, the only complaint I have is that long after I have swallowed it I find a nasty stewed vegetable taste in my mouth. It's easily cured by taking another mouthful.

Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel
Very cloudy pale orange color with a thick white clumpy head that lasts and lasts.
Aroma is citrus, some berries and earth with a bit of sourness.
Very rich creamy mouth feel.
Instant grapefruit hit followed by some earthiness and a hint of banana and some orange pith bitterness. As it warms it gains in complexity. The grapefruit is still there but now I'm getting some more earth and a kind of clover honey aftertaste. The finish is a definite hop dryness that just begs for more.
Excellent brew this.
