Flying Monkeys- Nether World
Pours a dark garnet colour (red/brown) with a full, tan coloured head which leaves a lot of lace.
The aroma is of citrus (grapefruit) hops with hints of toast and honey.
The feel is full and creamy, not chewy but full.
The taste starts with lots of citrus hops, probably from a lot of cascade hops, this lays on top of a solid bready malt base.
The citrus lingers a long while and leaves a clean palate.
This is a great, lightly flavoured beer with a nice hoppy kick to it, I'd drink it anytime.

Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel

Very cloudy pale orange color with a thick white clumpy head that lasts and lasts.
Aroma is citrus, some berries and earth with a bit of sourness.
Very rich creamy mouth feel.
Instant grapefruit hit followed by some earthiness and a hint of banana and some orange pith bitterness. As it warms it gains in complexity. The grapefruit is still there but now I'm getting some more earth and a kind of clover honey aftertaste. The finish is a definite hop dryness that just begs for more.
Excellent brew this.

Beer Quote of the day

From man's sweat and God's love, beer came into the world.
