Früli Strawberry Beer

Cedar red color with a quick disappearing head.
Strong, pleasant aroma of strawberries.
Starts with a strawberry, coriander and citrus flavor which is very pleasant. Citrus middle and finish which parches the the mouth.
This is very flavorful, but I do love strawberries. It comes in a tiny 250 mil. bottle and is only 4.1% but it is worth every penny.
Give me this instead of chocolate cake for dessert anytime.

Früli Strawberry Beer

A beautiful pink champaign colour with a thick but short lived pink head.
I could smell the strawberries even before I poured it. A hint of bread and cream were in the background.
The feel is surprisingly rich and creamy.
The taste is full of fresh strawberries and cream.
A wonderful dessert drink. Enough of a tart finish to put a sparkle on the tongue and make it difficult to sip.
I want to drink it fast and have another one.
I can't help thinking about trying to put a few of these away for the next family get together. I think it would convince a few wine drinkers that beer has it's place as well.
