A very thick, rocky, light tan coloured head and a dark, clear copper coloured strong ale.
The aroma is berries, biscuit, earth and citrus, while the feel is full, rich, round and creamy. Very filling.
Tastes are of honey, berry, biscuit and some earth. There is a hint of alcohol in the finish.
The berry tastes are of blackberry and fruitcake, There are hints of rum and coffee which become more apparent as it warms.

Drink this one a bit warmer than what comes out of the fridge. There is a great blend of tastes here and the feel is thick enough to know you have something in your mouth.
It left me wanting more which is always a good sign.

Christoffel Dry Hopped Nobel

Very cloudy pale orange color with a thick white clumpy head that lasts and lasts.
Aroma is citrus, some berries and earth with a bit of sourness.
Very rich creamy mouth feel.
Instant grapefruit hit followed by some earthiness and a hint of banana and some orange pith bitterness. As it warms it gains in complexity. The grapefruit is still there but now I'm getting some more earth and a kind of clover honey aftertaste. The finish is a definite hop dryness that just begs for more.
Excellent brew this.
