BEER is GOOD!

Garrison Brewing - Czech Pils
Garrison Brewing - Czech Pils
Pours Crystal clear and golden coloured with a health and lasting bright white head.
Aroma is quite faint with hints of earth a a floral note. Just a faint hint of citrus in there somewhere.
Feel is very full and creamy. Quite nice for a Pils.
Taste is a nice blend, Some grainy tastes to start with a dry bitterness, a touch of citrus and a heavier dose of earth.
The finish is quite dry and lasting with the earthiness hanging around.
All in all quite a mild flavour profile but a lot more taste than a lot of beers which call themselves Pilsners.
I'd drink this all afternoon on a sunny patio. Too bad it's the wrong time of year for the patio.

Pleasant smoky aroma. Have never come across a smell like that in an ale. Flowery with a bit of citrus flavor. Nice clean bitter after taste. Another great blend of hops and malt, (or bitter and sweet). All in all another great beer, not quite as good a blend as the Fullers ESB.
This is what Fuller's has to say about this beer:
"London Pride is a smooth and astonishingly complex beer, which has a distinctive malty base complemented by a rich balance of well developed hop flavours from the target, challenger and northdown varieties in the brew. At 4.1% a.b.v in cask (4.7% a.b.v in bottles)London Pride is an ideal session-strength premium ale."
