Georg Schneider's Organic Weisen Edel-Weisse
A huge white head which slowly reduces but never completely dies. A lot of lacing on the glass.
The beer itself is a cloudy pale yellow.
The aroma is banana and clove with some ginger and a faint metallic smell.
Feel is fairly thin and watery but still chewy.
The taste starts with a big hit of banana, bubblegum and cloves. The metallic taste comes through faintly along with some nice light citrus notes.
The finish is banana with that nice orange citrus brightness lingering for a long while.
I like this beer a lot, as long as they last I will be making this my BBQ beer, both while I am cooking and with the meal. I think it will go well with most anything.

Faxe Fest Bock, Danish Bock Beer
Pours clear, very dark red, almost black. A short lived rocky tan head.
Aroma is minerals, alcohol and dark berries. (Raisins or plums or something).
Feel is quite rich and full.
Taste is dark berries, plums and raisins, a hint of bitter chocolate or coffee, and alcohol.
It's not bad at all but the only thing I really get from it is the alcohol.
I've had much better Bocks.
