Georg Schneider's Organic Weisen Edel-Weisse

A huge white head which slowly reduces but never completely dies. A lot of lacing on the glass.
The beer itself is a cloudy pale yellow.
The aroma is banana and clove with some ginger and a faint metallic smell.
Feel is fairly thin and watery but still chewy.
The taste starts with a big hit of banana, bubblegum and cloves. The metallic taste comes through faintly along with some nice light citrus notes.
The finish is banana with that nice orange citrus brightness lingering for a long while.
I like this beer a lot, as long as they last I will be making this my BBQ beer, both while I am cooking and with the meal. I think it will go well with most anything.

Dark brown in color with a thick white head that dissipates quite rapidly.
Malty nose with a hint of caramel.
Sweet start with lots of malt.
Creamy sweet middle and just a slight bitterness at the finish. This begs the question, where are the hops?
It's a pounding type beer. You could drink a lot of these because they do go down smooth, just like most macro brewery brews are supposed too.

Beer Quote of the day

I'm Catholic and I can't commit suicide, but I plan to drink myself to death.

Take it easy Jack. There is no guarantee that there is beer in the afterlife.
