Gritstone Premium Ale
A dark red/amber coloured clear beer with a fairly thin white head.
The aroma is strongly malty with just a hint of citrus hops.
Feel is very rich, full. and quite creamy.
This brew is a very traditional English Ale. Lot's of malt flavours form the solid base with honey, brown sugar, fresh hay, and just a hint of licorice. A touch of herbal and citrus hops (very Light), finish it off nicely.
It is a very British style ale and definitely worth a try.

Pleasant smoky aroma. Have never come across a smell like that in an ale. Flowery with a bit of citrus flavor. Nice clean bitter after taste. Another great blend of hops and malt, (or bitter and sweet). All in all another great beer, not quite as good a blend as the Fullers ESB.
