Hannenberg Pils

We picked this up at the brewery in Cambridge Ontario.

A thick white head, reduces fairly quickly to a thin cap.
The beer is a golden colour, a bit darker than yellow.
Aroma is citrus, flowers and a hint of earthiness.
The feel is quite sparkling and dry with a nice round feel on the tongue.

The tastes start with honey, grassy citrus and biscuit and finish with a nice dry earthiness.
This is quite a dry beer.

All in all a very light flavour blend, the tastes linger in your mouth and meld together nicely.
A good refreshing summer beer.

I'll buy it again whenever I am in the area of the brewery.

Hannenberg Pils

Pours a pale gold with a clumpy white head that doesn't last.
A flowery, fruity aroma.
A sweet and tart taste, mostly of honey and citrus.
A very crisp clean lager. It gets better as I sip on it.
Well done.

We are strong supporters of Ontario Craft Brewers. Ask for them at your local LCBO in Ontario or better yet, visit one or all of their breweries. You will be glad you did.
