Hobgoblin Ale
A slightly bitter brown ale with toasted caramel undertones. Fruity in the middle, with a light licorice finish. Refreshing, slightly sweet taste, slightly bitter aftertaste. Very attractive bottle with raised glass hobgoblin and lettering.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
