Malty, aromatic beers. Belgian ales rank high on my list.

Hockley Valley Dark
Pours a very deep red with a clumpy off white/tan head.
Aroma is a little chocolate, a little coffee and some citrus. Great start.
Nice rich creamy mouth feel. Getting better.
Starts out with a nice citrus hit with some coffee and chocolate and finishes with a creamy semi-sweetness to balance everything.
Well blended brew with just the right amount of everything.
I really like this one.
Well done Andrew.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
