BEER is GOOD!

Hofbräu München - Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier
Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier
Pours a very clear and pale yellow. There is a full bright white head which disappears as I watch.
Aroma is very faint, some earthiness and a hint of sulphur.
Feel is fairly creamy and pleasant.
The first taste is very earthy, metallic and sulphur. There are some sweet tastes in there with even a hint of apple. The finish is quite dry and lasting but the sulphur comes through too strongly for my taste.
Still, it is an easy drinking beer and fairly enjoyable, just not something I am going to be searching for.

Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier
Pours a burnished gold with a nice white head and lots of lace. Very little in the way of carbonation bubbles.
Nice creamy mouth feel. Not as full as some but still quite rich.
Aroma is like an apple orchard when the fruit is just starting to ripen. (I'm a farm boy from way, way back). It is very appetizing this aroma.
The taste does not disappoint. It is full of flavors. Apple, some citrus and of course a bit of alcohol. It has just enough drying finish to beg for more.
I like this very much.

Hofbräu Oktoberfestbier
Nice golden color with a pure white head.
Aroma is apples aand maybe cinnamon. Kind of like an apple pie.
Very creamy.
It has an apple flavor with some spices as well. The hops make for a nice dry finish which I really like.
I would like some more of this beer.
