Innis & Gunn, Oak Aged Beer

Great beer. Very slight sweetness. Good blend of hops. Very nice flavor and no aftertaste. A fine premium beer. "The beer is aged in American white oak barrels (the same as used in the maturation of malt whiskeys) for 30 days, so it gradually assimilates the subtleties of the wood, such as aromas of vanilla and toffee and hints of citrus. The beer has savory nut and oak characteristics, with caramel sweetness."

(Thanks, but I'd rather drink one.)
