Jacobsen Saaz Blonde
Pours a clumpy white head and the 'blonde' is strawberry,
Aroma is quite spicy with at least some coriander and pepper.
Strong citrus and clove bite to start but it quickly mellows after swallowing. Middle is creamy with a candy floss like flavor. The finish is a pleasant sweetness on the tongue with a hint of honey as well as the candy floss taste.
When I bought this the manager at the L.C.B.O. told me that this was all she wrote. It will no longer be available in my area. Brings a tear to the eye.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
