Burnished copper color with a medium white head.
Berries and ginger are the aroma.
Mouth feel is rich and creamy.
Very complex flavors.
Lots of citrus from the hops and a wonderful sweetness from the malt.
We are strong supporters of Ontario Craft Brewers. Ask for them at your local LCBO in Ontario or better yet, visit one or all of their breweries. You will be glad you did.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
