La Barberie Rousse Forte Aux Fruits
Pours a deep red with an off tan, thick, long lasting clumpy head.
Aroma is earth and a hint of citrus.
Mouth feel is medium but on the creamy side.
First taste is berries with a hint of honey. The middle is a bit of alcohol with the berries still hanging around. It finishes dry with the alcohol still sitting on top but in a quite pleasant way. I love alcohol.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
