Pours the color of ginger ale or cider and even has the carbonation bubbles.
Aroma is faintly of apples but not much else.
First taste is of citrus and faintly apples which lingers and then has a creamy citrus finish.
If it didn't say beer on the label I would think I was drinking a cider shandy, (cider and ginger ale).
It is still and all a refreshing and tasty libation. Goes down very easy and quickly.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
