Lake of Bays - Pale Ale
Golden pour with a thick light tan creamy head.
Sweet aroma. Honey and some caramel.
Full rich creamy mouth feel.
Starts out sweet with the honey and caramel up front and then a hop citrus bitterness to finish it off.
This is very nice indeed.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
