Lakeport Strong Premium Beer
Golden color with a rich white head.
The lace lingers right to the end.
Hoppy smell but nothing else for the nose.
Tastes like most main stream beers but has a more pronounced hop kick to it.
It's 5.9% which isn't a bad thing for a very reasonably priced brew.
I buy this on a regular basis mainly because of it's cheapness and not bad flavor.
As usual when a beer from a smaller brewery gets popular one of the big three swoops in and buys them out. In this case Labatts.
