A full white head which quickly reduced to a thin cap on a clear amber/gold coloured beer.
The aroma was very faint. A bit of bread dough, some citrus and flowery hops and a hint of an alcohol aroma.
Feel was a very nice lingering creamyness, I fond it very pleasant.
The taste is a malty sweetness with a nice hop bitterness over the top. There were flavours of citrus, caramel, honey, earth and bread dough.
It's aftertaste leaves a creamy sweetness with a touch of mouth drying bitterness.
A very pleasant Euro-lager, better than most.
I will buy this again often.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
