Le Grimoire - Infernale

Pours cloudy, dark amber with orange. A full but short lived off white head which leaves no lacing.
Aroma is metallic and fruity, some honey and canned peaches.
Feel is very rich and almost too thick.
Taste is very strange, quite sour, like over-ripe apples mixed with a touch of honey. There is an underlying bitter taste which is almost like old and stale hops.
I'm really not sure what to make of this one, it's not like anything I've ever tasted before and I have a a problem thinking that they did this on purpose.
It reminds me of apple cider gone bad.

Le Grimoire - Infernale

Interesting label, the eyes Look like the albino in 'The Da'Vinci Code'.
Pours a reddish color with no head, lots of lace and sediment floating all about.
Sweet aroma. Soft fruit with just a hint of citrus and I do believe I detect a bit of molassas. Surprisingly enough there is no alcohol smell at all.
Smooth and creamy mouth feel. I like this.
Very strong berry taste to start, with a citrus middle and a nice mouth drying finish. If not for the high alcohol content, (which I did not detect in the taste), in this one I could drink a few of these.
Not bad at all.

(Thanks, but I'd rather drink one.)
