Le Grimoire - La Noire Soeur

Pours thick, black and creamy with a large dark tan coloured head which disappears almost instantly and leaves no lacing.

Aroma of dark chocolate, hard roasted grain, earth and a hint of citrus.
Feel is only medium, the look of the poor made me expect more.
Taste is quite strange for a stout.
A bright lemon citrus hits first followed by deep dark chocolate and hazelnut. That is about the whole profile, and it is certainly different for a stout. I expected the chocolate but the predominant lemon was a complete surprise.
