La Vitale (bleuets)
Cloudy amber with little head even with a vigorous pour. No lacing but lots of carbonation.
Aroma is all about the blueberries with just a hint of citrus and hay.
Medium but smooth mouth feel.
Slightly flat tasting but lots of flavor. I love blueberries and that's what this brew is all about.
There is just enough citrus to make it slightly drying which once again makes me wish I had more of this one.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
