1. Bottle art: color, cleverness, originality, commercial eye-catching
LOVE THE ART ORGANIZATION, IT APPEALS TO ME WITH GREAT OLD STYLE GOLDEN GERMAN FONT.
2. Appearance: How it foams, clarity/cloudy, bubbly etc.
IT IS AN HONEST SWEET SMELLING HEAD WITH A ROYAL PURPLE COLOR. IT'S BUBBLES ARE INVITING.
3. Taste: If it is bitter/sweet/smooth aftertaste
THE BEST 'BERRYFEST' I'VE EVER HAD WITH ITS BLACK/ELDER BERRIES! THE TASTE IS REFRESHING AND BEGS YOU TO HAVE MORE.
4. Texture: light/heavy WONDERFUL LIGHT SUMMER PALE/WHEAT BERRY MAKES THE SUMMER MEALS TASTE CLEAN AND PURE, STEAK AND BURGERS SHINE AND I LOVE IT WITH SHRIMP AND CRAB THE BEST.
5. Overall: Gives the final 'beer mug' rating between 1-10 with one being sulfuric acid and ten being seventh heaven 9.95 BEER MUGS WAY UP! WE AT THE CONIBOOZERS CLUB LOOOVES IT!

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
