Les Freres Houblon - Framboise Triple
Pours a burnished copper color with a hint of pink. Short lived thick head with lots of lace.
Raspberries are all I can get in the aroma. Smells great, almost like when you open a jar of raspberry jam.
Creamy mouth feel.
Raspberry and a hint of citrus with some earthy notes are how this starts out and then a tingling sensation on the tongue in the middle with a drying hop finish.
Very nice. The complex flavors make for an easy drinking brew and I sure could use another.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
