Lindemans Kriek Lambic
Pours a deep red with a huge pink coloured head.
Aroma is quite tart and full of wild cherry(as you would expect).
Feel is very full and creamy.
Taste is quite tart, Lot's of cherry but on an almost meaty base. Very nice, the cherry is pronounced but still seems to be in balance. The sour tastes definitely dominate and give a very clean feel on a hot and humid day.
The tart aftertaste is very nice and without that slightly sour tartness the cherry would be far too sweet.
If you've never tried a Kriek Lambic this would be a good one to start with.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
