A malt and slight citrus aroma.
Light amber colour.
Thin earthy flavour. Sour citrus on the back of the tongue that dries out the mouth. Can't say too much good about this one. Brewed in Canada by Sleemans. Maybe that's why it doesn't have much of anything.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
