This pours with a huge creamy white head which very slowly reduces to a thick rocky and long lasting white cap. The beer is a cloudy light amber colour.
Aroma is slightly sour and citrusy with a strong note of pine needles.
Feel is moderately rich and creamy with a sharp sparkle which tingles nicely on the tongue.
Tastes are largely hops with a distinct pine needle and citrus flavour. There are touches of dough and fresh hay below the citrus and the sparkling mouthfeel goes on and on.
Just a hint of earthiness comes through towards the finish and lingers along with some of the pine and a light honey taste.
This is a great and refreshing beer for a warm summer day. I can't wait to have it with a BBQ dinner and a light salad.

Huge clumpy head on a very pale libation.
Pine gum and fruity citrus in the aroma.
Medium mouth feel.
Citrus, pine and a hint of alcohol makes it a grand adventure. There are other flavors buried in there to make this a very complex brew. I just wish I could discern what they are.
I like it lots.

Beer Quote of the day

Life isn't all beer and skittles, but beer and skittles, or something
better of the same sort, must form a good part of every Englishman's
education.

— Thomas Hughes

(Englishman? Quit hogging. Beer is universal. Who cares about skittles anyway?)
