Big Rock Winter Spice Ale
Dark Amber in color with zero head.
Aroma is cloves and other spices that I can't define.
Creamy mouth feel with a nice mix of spices. Sparkly citrus middle with a drying hop end that begs for another sip. This would go great with a nice fat pork chop or a roast of pork loin. If I could get more of this I could make a great reduction to complement a pork dish of any kind.

Hitachino Nest White Ale A pale yellow color with a clumpy but short lived head. Spices and banana are all I can detect in the aroma. Full rich creamy mouth feel. This is nice. Lots of spice and banana with some hints of pepper. Easy drinking but also very flavorfull. I wish I had more but alas that is not to be with Japan still in shambles.
