Microbrasserie Saint-Arnould - Vlimeuse

Pours a cloudy dark amber/red with a medium sized, slightly off-white head.
Aroma is faint, hints of pine and citrus.
Feel is quite pleasant, fairly creamy and full.
Tastes are a touch sour with a solid doughy base and some piney, citrus notes. Hints of peach, apricot and green apple. The finish is it's best quality with the light sour taste, some mild honey and a faint spiciness (black pepper maybe). The aftertaste lingers nicely.
I like this one, a large range of tastes and all of them pleasant.

Beer Quote of the day

Paul Newman's an old friend of ours out of Cleveland, Ohio. He used to sit around our house. He's the only man I've ever known to drink a case of beer all by himself. That's talent in a way.

— Lew Wasserman

(Way to go Paul!)
