Malty, aromatic beers. Belgian ales rank high on my list.

Mill St. Brewing - Pilsner
Light copper color with a thin white head. Almost all the Mill Street brews I've tried don't have a large amount of foam.
Earthy, citrus and just a hint of spice make up the aromas.
Mouth feel is quite creamy. I'm coming to expect this from these Guys/Girls.
This is not your every day run of the mill mass produced Pilsner. This has flavor!
Earthiness, citrus and just a hint of honey sweetness. I will recommend this to all who will listen and regularly drink lagers.

Mill St. Brewing - Pilsner
A bit darker than a traditional pilsner A thick creamy but short lived white head.
It actually has some aroma. A bit of what I think of as a brew-house aroma, some grainy malt and a light bitter tang.
The feel is quite creamy, a lot better than the mainstream "pilsners".
Taste is fairly full for a pils. Grainy and doughy, a light but noticeable flowery bitter tang in the finish.
This is not bad at all, a full flavoured pilsner, one I could drink regularly. I have to find a pub with this on tap.
