Mort Subite Framboise

The color reminds me of a rosé wine. Little head and it's very cloudy due to the natural carbonation.
The raspberries are very noticeable in the aroma.
Raspberries are also the first thing I taste followed by the bitterness of hops and then the tongue tingles.
A truly wonderful taste experience.

Cheese?

I like this as a dessert drink with some nice old cheddar.
After a beef dinner it is just wonderful!

Beer Quote of the day

God made yeast, as well as dough, and loves fermentation just as dearly as he loves vegetation.

— Ralph Waldo Emerson

How poetic!
