We picked this up when visiting the brewery.
A white head which starts thick and rocky and then dissipates to a few clumps. The beers colour is a cloudy light amber.
An aroma of banana and cloves with a hint of sulphur and some grass and flowers as it warms.
A smooth creamy feeling beer with tastes of banana, vanilla, some grass and citrus. There are hints of cloves and some bitterness to compensate for the sweet tastes.
The taste ends with some earthiness and a refreshing citrus sourness which makes my mouth water.
All in all this is a very nice weissbier which I will look for again.
